A few mid-tier office buildings in this residential neighborhood. Beijing's largest park is here.

At the northeastern edge of the city with easy access to the airport. Siemens, Motorola and Ericsson have built dedicated office complexes here. There is also some mid-tier office space at Lido, Beijing's earlier expat areas.

Beijing's central business district has the city's highest density of office space. There's a wide range of mid-tier to high-end options here.

Beijing's geographic and administrative center, but a low density of commercial office space. Some banks and financial institutions have made the move to Financial Street to the West of Tiananmen. Although, mostly mid-tier, there are a few quality office space options here.
